Space has always been of great importance to me. Growing up in a flat and open environment such as the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, gave me far horizons and emptiness. Entering most places from sealevel, everything always seemed to be in another world as where I was in. Next to environmental inspiration, the stubborn and straight forward mentality from my anchestors shaped my personality and still is my motivator today.

The need for telling a story, driven by my intuition, shape the approach of a subject. Exploring through research, visual analysis or materiel sketches; the aim is to carry out my observations by creating an experience. The outcome differs in medium, scale, materialisation and use.

Moving in between the field of design and architecture.
